I left my car for a service. Transmission did not shift down. After the service, the second gear does not exist. My Ford is running like new still and the staff and skilled mechanics there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never missed a service appt. I went in for an oil change this morning . I was told that I also needed to replace my brakes, mind you I had purchased the vehicle about three months ago. I went over to the sales department and spoke that I also needed to replace my brakes, mind you I had purchased the vehicle about three months ago. I went over to the sales department and spoke with Matt, one of the two managers that listened too my problem. Matt went over to the service department and after a few minutes later he came back to me and reported the brake service will be on them no charge to me. A charge that would have cost me over $600.00. Thank you guys. More

I am going to trade in the Ranger for a Maverick and I will NOT be going back to the other dealer. I had to go to Newins to get someone who knew how to get my phone connected to the Ranger. That was a deal breaker right there. More
