Multiple mistakes due to the difficulty of the problem. Service manager could have been a little bit more involved in the beginning of the process which might have made a difference early on. I left my car for a service. Transmission did not shift down. After the service, the second gear does not exist. I put the truck for the service again, after a week they tell Transmission did not shift down. After the service, the second gear does not exist. I put the truck for the service again, after a week they tell me it is normal ,that there is no second gear. This was my last newins ford service. More

I bought my first Ford from Newins Ford 9 years ago and have never missed a service appt. My Ford is running like new still and the staff and skilled mechanics there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never missed a service appt. I went in for an oil change this morning . I was told that I also needed to replace my brakes, mind you I had purchased the vehicle about three months ago. I went over to the sales department and spoke that I also needed to replace my brakes, mind you I had purchased the vehicle about three months ago. I went over to the sales department and spoke with Matt, one of the two managers that listened too my problem. Matt went over to the service department and after a few minutes later he came back to me and reported the brake service will be on them no charge to me. A charge that would have cost me over $600.00. Thank you guys. More

I bought a used Ford Escape for my son in October 2020. Carmine made the process super easy and enjoyable. In April, I was forced to buy a new vehicle for myself. Newins did not have any Ford Rangers in st Carmine made the process super easy and enjoyable. In April, I was forced to buy a new vehicle for myself. Newins did not have any Ford Rangers in stock, so I ended up buying one at another Ford dealer out east. I am going to trade in the Ranger for a Maverick and I will NOT be going back to the other dealer. I had to go to Newins to get someone who knew how to get my phone connected to the Ranger. That was a deal breaker right there. More
