Thank you very much for your response. I would like an explanation of the difficulties I am having with your service department. This is not the first time. I am local to the community and I have purchased multiple Ford vehicles from your dealership. As a loyal customer, I would expect better service. I have always had great service from your sales department and my salesman Rodney Vera. I am truly not trying to disparage your dealership for no good reason. I have spoken with Kenny on past occasions and unfortunately, those conversations have not changed the level of service. The only time I am heard is when I post something on the Internet. Very disappointing.
