We were shopping for a second "run around" car. We came across the Focus listed and set up a test drive. My husband went and drove the car, and the car died in the driveway! John said he would take it right into the garage and get it fixed and he did. John called us back two days later stating the car was fixed. It turns out it was a fuel pump that needed replacing. We looked around some more but kept coming back to the Focus. We called to set up another test drive, so I could see the car this time. When we got there, the car was running and warmed up for us already. Tony took us for a long drive so I could get a good feel for the car. We made the decision on the spot to buy the car. We were completely satisfied with both the car and the service we received from John and Tony. The staff at Newburgh Toyota went out of their way to make this a great experience for us. My parents had purchased a used car from Newburgh Toyota many many years ago and were very pleased. My in laws buy all their cars from Newburgh Toyota. Plus, they are a AAA approved dealership. I never thought I would think buying a car was fun. I expected the whole process to be nerve wracking but Eduardo made it a fun experience from start to finish.
