Yesterday, we purchased a certified pre owned 2011 Highlander from Newburgh Toyota. In the week leading up to our purchase yesterday, I worked with Kristin via email and over the phone, and she gave me the price I wanted then she had Stephen email me all of the service records they had on this vehicle. Both of them were very nice to work with. At that point, Kristin handed me off to Maureen, who continued to stay in phone and email contact with me during the week and had me email her all of the documents needed to possibly buy the Highlander (and to trade in our 2000 Infiniti QX4). All that was left to do was to drive the 2+ hours to test drive the Highlander on Saturday. We arrived a little after noon and were greeted by Maureen. She was the sweetest thing and took us for a test drive, looked over our QX4, and secured a trade in price that were were very pleased with. While we were sitting at her desk, going through the whole process, I remember thinking to myself that it was like we were buying a car from someone we knew personally. It was that comfortable. She is a doll. Then Maureen handed us off to John, who got us the rate and terms we were looking for to finace the Highlander. Another very nice person to work with. Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful, even to the point of recommending a local restaurant and giving us detailed directions of how to get there. Oh, and they also sent us off with a full tank of gas! I really can't think of a way that this experience could have been more positive. More

Traded a perfect 2012 jeep for a 2010 infinity for the wife. Battery died 2 days out, they gave me the run around for 3 weeks, example... the salesman had to ask the used car manager, the used car manager wife. They lost a loyal customer over a crummy 200 dollar battery Also my 81 year old mother in law took her 2010 corolla there for an old change, of corse they took her for all the filters also, in the process they jammed the so called air filtration filter in the heater fan assembly without seeing the mouse nest was in the fan so the filter was all bend out of shape with the nest still inside, so if the tech would have just looked and seen the nest alls he had to do like I did was to vacuum the crap out instead of ruining the filter by cramming in there. It's all about the $$$$$$ and shame on them for using an older person like that. More
