Ease in buying experience. Price negotiation and hard sale tactics always causes consternation and apprehension to even start a sale. We experienced neither here. Worst customer service Worst Dealership and customer service. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from this Dealership and my most recent purchase was June of 2014 Worst Dealership and customer service. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from this Dealership and my most recent purchase was June of 2014 of a 2011 Sienna and during the first 6 months of owning my vehicle I've had to bring it in several times b'c of electrical issues and the service people not being able to resolve the problem the first time around. The worst of it all they have no consideration of how many times I've had to take time from my day for a vehicle that supposedly is "Certified used" and to have to be service more than a handful of time within the year and a half that I have owned the vehicle. My sliding doors of my minivan has actually slide right open while driving and my kids being in the car and Toyota of Newburgh finds it to be okay that this happened along with all other problems with the vehicle. LAST time i will purchase from Toyota of Newburgh!!!!! More

Professional experience Pat was a great salesman. He didn't harass me, try to force me to purchase a vehicle, he trusted that I was a man of my word, and he didn't prejudge Pat was a great salesman. Nevertheless, I visited the showroom before (3 weeks ago) and I had a brief interaction with a salesman who didn't seam motivated to sell me a car. In fact the salesman gave me the impression that I wasn't deserving of a vehicle maybe because of the way I was dressed. Whereas Pat, being the ultimate professional didn't care how I was dressed when I arrived at the dealership therefore treating me like I was deserving of a vehicle which motivated me to purchases the vehicle only if he was the salesman. Pat exemplifies what it is to be a professional salesman who treats everyone with the utmost respect and dignity. More
