I felt very comfortable buying the car. Manny spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. He was not at all pushy and we even kept him overtime on a Friday night. He laid all the financial information out for us and compared the payments of the new car with the used car. He made a lot of sense and I am very happy I chose the new car. I did the test drive on the used car and it was very nice but I am so happy I was able to get a brand new car. It rides very well and I feel very comfortable in it. Randy in the finance department went out of his way to make sure I got the best financing and the extended warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. We are a Toyota family and I know others who are as well. I have already given out his card to a friend and hope to give out more. If I am happy about a transaction I let people know about it. A great buying experience! We headed to Newburgh Toyota to "check out" a 2016 pickup. David's 2002 Frontier was showing serious decline and it was his turn for a new vehicle. We headed to Newburgh Toyota to "check out" a 2016 pickup. David's 2002 Frontier was showing serious decline and it was his turn for a new vehicle. We thought we'd do some looking and price comparisons. I have ALWAYS had Toyotas, wouldn't buy anything else! Well, the Finance Manager, John, and salesperson, Dane Dolan, were not only helpful, they were "inspirational." Dane's patient, easy-going, informative presentative on the 2016 Tacoma had us hooked. Then they made all the paperwork so easy! Our test drive confirmed what a luxury vehicle the Tacoma was. We came home with a new truck and couldn't be happier! It will now share all the long-distance driving we do, taking some stress off my 2011 Venza. The Tacoma drives like a sedan and has great safety features. Thanks, Newburgh Toyota! Eduardo called us and invited us to go in and speak to him regarding the Exchange Program. He promised nothing and we promised nothing. So no pressure. We got there and Eduardo presented the facts to us. One line he used that really sold me was..."don't strap yourselves, it's just a car." Now that is not a pushy sales man. It took the pressure off and suddenly we were more than interested. This is our second experience with Newburgh Toyota. You know the first experience had to be good, if we returned. True to form, it was, better! More
