My New Car!! I walked into Newburgh Toyota already worrying about the typical car buying ordeal I was about to engage in. I instead was met with a warm greeting and friendly smile. I explained that I wanted to work with someone who could understand and respect my needs and truly hear me. Pat Arnold stood up and said with a smile, "will I do?" It was a perfect match. Pat exceeded all of my expectations. He was patient, smart, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. He heard me. Within exactly 1 week - an unbelievably short amount of time - I was sitting in my new 2016 Prius 4 Touring car with every feature I wanted. I was not put in that uncomfortable position of compromising or negotiating. Pat was a gentleman and a gentle man from start to finish. I have always used Newburgh Toyota's service center for my Toyota needs. I have, however, bought my previous Prius cars from a variety of dealers because of too many inconsistent approaches. Now, finally - I'm home!! A very big thank-you to Pat Arnold and the Newburgh Toyota team - each and every one of you made me feel welcome. I am driving my new car with the memories of an extremely professional and warm experience. More

Despite all this, the whole sale process took under 3 hours. The deal was also good. Fair price for new vehicle and trade in. Financing was as promised, promo rate. I wish financing wouldn't try to sell anything other than the bumper to bumper warranty. Haven't used the service dept yet. We need to return to get a couple of added options installed. More
