Exchanged courteous and professional emails with Steve about a test drive and pricing before even stepping in the door. Tom took us on test drive and listened while I discussed my timeline of having to test drive other vehicles to be sure this was the one I wanted. At no point did I feel pressure to make the decision then; even the usual reminder that until I sign the vehicle could be purchased by someone else came across as matter-of-factly, instead of a push to sign then, and had no issues letting me walk out that day without signing. He remained available for discussion throughout the process. The price I had already negotiated with Steve was already as good as I would have expected given the condition of the vehicle. When I indicated I wanted to purchase, I did so expressing concerns with a few items on the used vehicle. They addressed what could be addressed prior to purchase. After purchase, the service department fixed another concern within the first week, and will be fixing the final concern soon without any fuss. Randy handled the financing promptly, in a friendly manner, and without any attempts to get me to add items I hadn't requested. Not much more can be said about this part, which is a good thing. I think that having the sales people on rotation for the next prospective buyer so that they are not all jockeying to get high commission sales, and thus willing to spend time with all customers, helps them focus more on each customer. The whole team seems focused on fostering long term relations. They have certainly topped my experiences with other Toyota dealers in the area that I purchased from in the past. More
