The transactions were quick and pleasant experiences. Both times I was assisted by Eduardo Ortiz. He is very knowledgeable , friendly and professional. I've also been by Alex Reyes when servicing my vehicles. He too is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Toyota of Newburgh. We dealt with Dennis both times and his proffesionalisism is what brought us back. He doesn't pressure you and allows you time to think. We have had some bad experiences with other dealerships and sales men that don't listen, and pressure pressure pressure. Dennis on the other hand does an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. We will be purchasing all our future cars through him and Newburgh Toyota. We also dealt with Doug(manager)who was a pleasure to deal with. Very respectful. The finance department(Debbie) left much to be desired. But luckily you don't have to deal with her very long. Just request to talk to someone else. More

This most recent purchase exceeded my expectations, and delivered a quality car aligned with my financial needs given that I have 2 children in college. The sales person was attentive, and delivered on all of the commitments that she made. She explained the details behind the price of my used car purchase, and took extra time to provide me all of the information I requested. Janice went overboard and even helped wax some of the imperfections out of the paint! I would definitely buy from this dealership and seek her out as a sales person. More
