I had the best car-buying experience at Newburgh Toyota Scion. I had started the search for my 2011 Prius with another dealer in Westchester and left feeling bullied. After that experience, Newburgh Toyota was like a breath of fresh air - real people, genuinely nice people, no games, no cut-throat atmosphere. Everyone in the place was smiling and interacting, working together and doing a great job. I felt like I could relax - like I didn't have to have my guard up. That was the best part - no stereotypical dealership "games". I had a great time throughout the whole experience. And I got a better deal on the car to boot!! In Westchester they were adding $1000 to the MSRP because they said it's worth more - but Newburgh doesn't do that - because it's not right and they know that! I have never had such a great experience with any other dealership - ever! For all the people shopping for Toyotas and Scions in Westchester county, I say take the extra drive (beautiful drive!) up to Newburgh Toyota Scion. It will be well worth it! More

He was friendly and down to earth, & and I felt that when we would be in the market for a new car, he would be the person we'd want to deal with. A couple of weeks later, we callesd him, whic played a large part in our purchasing a 2011 Rav-4 AND a 2011 Tacoma at Newbugh Toyota. Price is important, but being made to feel important and appreciated is the clincher. Even after the sales were made, we recieved a call from Lynn Desmond, who arranged our financing. He related that he had been working on some figures and was able to offer us a great deal on an extended warranty for the Tacoma. We set out that morning to "kick the tires", and came home that afternoon with two new Toyotas. Thanks to everyone at Newburgh Toyota. More
