More time than quoted We had a recall on our 2014 Toyota Sienna. The notification card stated it was a 45 minute fix. When I called to schedule, was told 2-1/2 to 3 hours d We had a recall on our 2014 Toyota Sienna. The notification card stated it was a 45 minute fix. When I called to schedule, was told 2-1/2 to 3 hours due to other appointments. I dropped it off at 8:30, as scheduled, figuring things would work out perfectly since I had an eye doctor appt. in the area that would take approx. that same time frame. When I called at 11:00 to find out if the van was finished, I was told it wouldn't be done until 2:30!! That is 6 hours...nowhere near the quoted time frame! I was dropped off at the dealership at noon and had to wait an additional 2-1/2 hours for it to be finished. The reason given to me at the end was because my wheelchair conversion is a rear entry and that took longer than if it were a different type of vehicle?! We bought this van from this dealership and have utilized the service center in the past. This should've been in our file and a correct time frame estimate given. Thankfully, I was able to make other arrangements to have my wheel-chair using daughter picked up from school. I was offered a courtesy vehicle when my disgust was identified, however, that would not have been suitable for my wheel-chair needs. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of consideration of my time, as I had to wait an additional 2-1/2 hours than anticipated, as well as review of the file noting that I have a converted van. More

I only came to get an oil change and tire rotation but she informed me that my 60,000 maintenance was coming up and it required trans flush, AWD max., brake fluid replacement, coolant flush and windshield wipers replaced. None of these items were scheduled. I didn’t even plan on having them done but on second thought I had them all done including battery replacement. Now, what impressed me was my service rep didn’t give me a hard time about getting them done, on the contrary, she had a “ But Of Course” attitude pleasant and nice. She should be in charge of the service rep department. All things flow from the top and if she is at the top that department will be a winning department in your industry. She really is an awesome service rep. I have dealt with her two to three times and you get the same treatment so she’s genuine and it was my pleasure working with her. More

The deal was too good to pass us and I figured the care wouldn't be on the lot long. It had just arrived and had not been prepped to take for a test drive. Once I opted to purchase, three more requests came in on that particular car. Negotiations and paperwork went very smoothly. Of the dozen or so cars in my lifetime, this is the first time I've returned to a dealer and salesman I'd previously conducted business with. More
