Great Customer Service Terry Grider was recommended to me by a great friend who too is a car dealer. My experience with Terry and Newbold Toyota was excellent. I am glad I Terry Grider was recommended to me by a great friend who too is a car dealer. My experience with Terry and Newbold Toyota was excellent. I am glad I took my friend's suggestion and went to see Terry. My wife and I did not make it easy on him. We were very specific and demanding on vehicle price as well as its color combination and options. Terry and the Newbold Toyota did not have what we wanted in stock, but they did everything they could to get the car in and provide possible options in case we had no chance of getting it. Needless to say, Terry did get us the car we were looking for at the price we were willing to pay. Great experience and I am going back to Terry for the next Toyota weather new or used. I would recommend Terry to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

Christmas gone Right! I called Sonny about a week and a half before Christmas and told him I needed a new pearl white 4Runner Limited in my driveway on Christmas Day for my I called Sonny about a week and a half before Christmas and told him I needed a new pearl white 4Runner Limited in my driveway on Christmas Day for my wife's Christmas present. Little did I know, these can be hard to come by. Sonny was relentless in finding me the perfect vehicle to not only match my specific requests, but also got me a few extra rare options such as power retractable running boards and the beautiful chestnut leather interior. The 4Runner was in my driveway Christmas morning and my wife was shocked. (She had been wanting one for a couple years). She wakes up every morning and the first thought that comes to her mind is that she gets to drive her beautiful Toyota 4Runner today. Thanks Sonny! You helped make my wife one happy lady. More
