BMW 480i This is the 3rd BMW that I've bought from Newbold. The first two cars I bought new. The second one, a 2006 Z4, has been a great car, but I was ready to move up. I didn't know what I really wanted, other than I wanted a used 2 door coupe. I was introduced to Rich Grumley, who discussed with me my desires. He immediately took me to the car, a 2015 BMW 480i, that I fell in love with, and ended up buying. Rich then introduced me to Carlos Holmes, the BMW Genius. Carlos reviewed my new car's electronics with me, and they are amazing. Since I'm part of the older generation, my learning curve hasn't been the fastest, but Carlos was able, with great patience, to ensure that I was able to acquire the expertise that I needed to really enjoy the capabilities of my new 480i. This has been a great buying experience! More

I didn't realize how awesome this BMW was until he showed me all the different things it could do after I bought it. He even helped me after I left getting my daughter's music set up to play through my car. I would've been sold in 1 minute if I knew all the stuff it could do that Carlos showed me. I will be a BMW owner until the end after driving this. Although, i would recommend getting pre-approved on your own through a bank of choice if you will be upside down on your trade. It saved me a lot of time and frustration the next day doing it myself. Overall i am super happy! More
