A service Thank You to Ryan I was visiting Newberg Oregon and to my dismay my tire pressure was low on my new Dodge Durango. The dealership was just down from my hotel. I stopped to see if they could diagnose the problem. It was later in the evening. The service dept was swamped. But Ryan was there to give me excellent service. Had the repair done on my tire and car back to me in no time. He is a gem of an employee. I live in California and have a long drive home. Beware of Service Scams! Took my car to them for a recall repair and alignment. They told me that they could not align the vehicle because the "tie rod ends are all stripped Took my car to them for a recall repair and alignment. They told me that they could not align the vehicle because the "tie rod ends are all stripped out." They also said that because the tires were worn they could not align the vehicle. When I told him I did not want the tie rod ends replaced, he got real serious with me and said, "Be Careful driving. The tie rods are what steers the car." I laughed at the guy and took my car home. Either they are completely clueless on the subject, or they were trying to take me for a big ride! Anyone who knows anything about mechanics knows that there is no way to tell if a tie rod end (basically a bolt with a big extension and a ball joint) is stripped is if you take it off. That is because it is a nut, and you can not see inside the nut when there is a bolt in it. I know they did not take the tie rod ends off to make this determination. Also, as a side note, alignment has to do with the wheels, not the tires. Worn tires will make your new alignment not feel right, but they will not prevent someone from properly aligning the vehicle.. When I got home, I took a look at things. The exposed threads of the inner tie rod looked great. Both the inner tie rod and the end were very firm and showed no signs of slippage. I highly recommend that you only take your vehicle to this place for warranty repairs, or repairs you KNOW you actually need. Never just accept their recommendations. They are likely to tell you your "xxxxxx bars are broken." More

Great service I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee and love it! I had to replace the original alternator in early 2017 and two weeks ago it failed. Since it was stil I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee and love it! I had to replace the original alternator in early 2017 and two weeks ago it failed. Since it was still under the repair warranty, Service Advisor Kevin Ames made sure it was replaced at no cost to me AND provided my a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. I was very pleased with the top notice customer service I received. More

Excellent Customer Service! I took my 2005 Dodge 3/4 ton in on a Monday morning for what I assumed was a loose wire in my tow light receptacle. I had had some custom wiring done I took my 2005 Dodge 3/4 ton in on a Monday morning for what I assumed was a loose wire in my tow light receptacle. I had had some custom wiring done by another company to accommodate a truck camper and all indications were that wiring was somehow failing and taking my trailer connection with it. The Service Manager and Service Writer on duty both expressed that they were severely overbooked already and I honestly figured that would be the case on a Monday morning, but I had to try. Even with technicians already started on their morning assignments, they squeezed me in for a 5 minute look to see if it was an easy fix. It turned out they found loose connections which they pointed out to me so that I could address them myself, which I later did. They had the truck off the hydraulic lift and back out the door, no charge, it less than 10 minutes. It was incredible, courteous service.....pretty much what I have come to expect from Newberg Dodge. Thank you!! More
