When dropping my car off I needed help getting it off the tow dolly. The 3 technicians who pushed it off ripped off my entire bumper but told me they would fix it. When my car was ready, the manager Ed said it was broken and they would not be fixing or replacing it because it was somehow my fault. He then screamed at my insurance agent on the phone then called me a while later to say they managed to fix it. THEY DID NOT FIX IT. The bumper is barely secure, all the pieces that would hold it on are busted off, my headlights is pushed in, and another panel on the front is bent out of place. I will never be returning to them or recommending them. More
