Additionally I was lied to multiple times about when my vehicle would be ready, they ordered wrong parts multiple times. They had my vehicle for almost a month, never offering me a loaner vehicle. After getting my receipt, and verifying prices on Mopar's website, I realized they had marked up prices almost 75%. Would never recommend this dealership service department to anyone. More
