We scheduled this warrantee work for our RV well in advance and were told it would take 6 hours to complete. But at check in they said it would take more than one day. This was the Friday before a holi advance and were told it would take 6 hours to complete. But at check in they said it would take more than one day. This was the Friday before a holiday weekend and the start of a long RV trip. They used a mobile lift to speed the process and it was actually done in half the estimated six hours. We were so thankful that the shop completed the work and we were able to begin our vacation as planned. More

I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that had so many transmission issues that JEEP knew about yet they still sold them. YOU know exactly what I am talking about. I took my vehicle in many times because transmission issues that JEEP knew about yet they still sold them. YOU know exactly what I am talking about. I took my vehicle in many times because I kept getting "service shifter" warnings. I took into your dealership many times yet was told over and over that we cannot get the code to appear. Of course after my warranty ran out you magically see the code. You would not fix it out of warranty knowing I took it in there many times in warranty. Fast forward to 123,000 miles and my Jeep needs a new transmission. 123,000 miles and my vehicle is USELESS! 10,000 dollars to fix a vehicle that should have a lot of life left in it and it's done.I had to go buy a new vehicle (A KIA) because of the LEMON that Jeep knowingly sold me! I will never by a Jeep product ever again and I will never come to Newberg Ram ever after the way they treated us. I bet this review doesn't make it on your website!!! More
