Service writer was fine as he kept us up to date on a major repair on a new vehicle that took almost 3 months to do. However, when we picked up the car they could of at least washed it since it sat unde major repair on a new vehicle that took almost 3 months to do. However, when we picked up the car they could of at least washed it since it sat under some pine trees for 10 weeks. They also didn't clean any of the transmission fluid that coated the entire underside of the car. It was apparently too much effort to bring the car around, they said "it's out there somewhere" and pointed. That is some great service right there but then maybe I expect too much. Two stars is being really generous but at least the repair seems to have been done right. I'm not sure I'd recommend this dealer and if I keep the car, I'll take it elsewhere most likely. More

Found out that they doubled the price of a "software update" than other dealerships in the region and still didn't fix the issue.
