Jerome was most helpful, I was in search of a Chrysler 200 but due to my financial situation and the amount owed on my trade-in I got into a 2015 Jeep Patri was most helpful, I was in search of a Chrysler 200 but due to my financial situation and the amount owed on my trade-in I got into a 2015 Jeep Patriot. He pushed hard to meet my needs. The Finance Manager also managed to get my previous interest rate of 19.75% reduced to 14.75% which is a much better rate and over all savings. I would recommend this dealership to anybody in search of a new car or a quality used car. More

now I know why car salesmen get a bad rep My husband and I went in to newberg dodge to buy a truck. The man who met us, showed us the trucks on the lot and took us on test drives was great. Hi My husband and I went in to newberg dodge to buy a truck. The man who met us, showed us the trucks on the lot and took us on test drives was great. His name was kyle. He was knowledgeable and funny. After we settled on a truck it was time to talk numbers. I don't remember the guys name now but he seemed nice enough. We did the while normal dance of price negotiations and even that was ok. My least favorite part but at least we finally settled on a deal. Now this is the part about why I will never do business with them again and do not recommend them. We asked not once but twice About using our current bank for the finance. Both times they told us flat out that our bank does not do 96 month finanacing And that the ban with the lowest interest is advantist or some similar name. Come to find out through our friend who works at our current bank, they DO offer 96 month loans and Newberg dodge flat out lied because they get a 2% kickback if they go with that other bank. Not ok. This is why car dealers have such a bad rep. More

The staff have always been outstanding about finding us a great vehicle that will suit our needs, and have always worked very hard for us to get fair deals. Although I do not want to admit this, I am probably one of the most difficult customers (I tend to panic about getting into more debt). The extraordinary patience the staff have demonstrated toward us (each time) is outstanding and very much appreciated. They are excellent about explaining things well, and go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. If you are struggling to get financing elsewhere, are having difficulty finding the right vehicle, or are simply "window shopping", I highly recommend you visit Newberg Dodge. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it for you and will do everything possible to help you get into just the right vehicle. More
