Honest & Professional Service I am from out of State but regularly travel to the Salem area in my Jeep. I've had my vehicle serviced twice now at Newberg Jeep/Dodge and both times the work was professionally completed and I was treated fairly ..... especially considering I am from out of town and stuck! warranty work review I have had the misfortune of having some O2 issues on my 2012 Ram...I have been to the service department on multiple occasions in the last 9 months f I have had the misfortune of having some O2 issues on my 2012 Ram...I have been to the service department on multiple occasions in the last 9 months for service regarding this issue. My experience has been that Terry Bryan, Ben Gallagher and Linsey Thomas go out of their way to ensure I will get the best service available. From estimates of time to repair to providing rides to just plain being friendly......This is the first Dodge truck out of three that I have had any issues with....but the staff in the service department have done their best to stand behind Chrysler and promote an outstanding relationship between Chrysler, Newberg Dodge and little ole me.....thank you Galen Mires More
Quick, reliable service with an unbeatable price! My 2008 Jeep Patriot needed a 60k checkup and I had planned on doing it in Portland however I needed to rush out to the Oregon Coast for a family medi My 2008 Jeep Patriot needed a 60k checkup and I had planned on doing it in Portland however I needed to rush out to the Oregon Coast for a family medical emergency and Newberg Dodge Chrysler Jeep was the only Jeep dealer in the area would could take me the next day. They let me leave the vehicle over the weekend while I was gone and I picked it up from the sales department Sunday. There was a warranty issue that came up during the service and the dealer called the warranty department as I have an extended warranty through Chrysler and got it all figured out and taken care of. All said and done WITH the deductible for my warranty, I still came out > $400 cheaper than I had been quoted at two other Jeep dealers in the area. Not only did they get me in last minute but they beat all the competitor's prices!!! More

The downside of my visits, I believe, are related to policy and not the individual people. I called, knowing what the problem was and what was needed to make the repair. However, the repair shop had to "run tests" to the tune of $110. What this appears to be was the cost to do a "world class" inspection to find other things that should be repaired. But the real problem was that knowing at the 90% level or better what part was needed before I ever arrived, the dealer did not have the part in stock and had not ordered it. So, I had to bring the vehicle back a second day to get the repairs actually done. This doubled my driving and essentially doubled the time the mechanic had to spend making the tests plus the actual repair. Then there was the part. Dealer cost was $100 more than I could have bought the part elsewhere. Overall a costly and exasperating experience. More
"Great People taking care of business" This was my very first visit to Newberg Dodge and I have to say it was the best time I have had buying a truck in a long time. My salesman "Kyle" might be a rookie but this kid is top notch when it comes to taking care of his customers. Finding the right vehicle that fits my budget, helping ease the negative in my trade, and not keeping me all night at the dealership. Now all this couldn't been possible without the help of the finance manager "Mike" Paperwork was smooth and flawless. No extra hype, he will shoot you straight. "Steve the General Manager is a solid guy as well. Did everything in his power to help us out and got us a rate lower than anything I thought possible. Lindsey Thomas you have to meet. She will make you feel good about being there even if you don't buy a car. Her smile and great attitude will keep them coming back. Don't forget there service department. Warm and friendly and I wasn't even there for service. Give them a chance and I'm sure they will treat you right. More

horribly rude and WAYYY over priced!!! My husband and I had the worst experience here!!!! We went in not ready to buy, but they had the exact jeep I wanted to buy in a few months so we want My husband and I had the worst experience here!!!! We went in not ready to buy, but they had the exact jeep I wanted to buy in a few months so we wanted to see it in person.....the sales guy we talked to(I don't remember names) was very nice ,but of course he ended up talking us into trying to buy it, that's when we met the financial guy....he was a horrible awful Preson to work with!!! He came out smelling strongly of cigarettes and telling us," what are we thinking trying to buy a $50,000.00 vehicle and there's no way we could afford that!" (we weren't trying to buy a $50,000.00 vehicle) he then was really pressuring us to but a vehicle we didn't want! The jeep we wanted was for sale in Newberg for $45,000.00 later that same day we went to the beaverton jeep location (where they were wonderful) and the same exact jeep was $35,000.00 .... $10,000.00 less than in Newberg! They are so over priced and the finance guy is a jerk! We will never ever buy a vehicle there and we tell everyone we know to never buy there! More

I drive older, high mileage vehicles and with their help, we keep them running quite well. The Jeep had a particularly mysterious problem with the driver's side power switch panel going dead for no reason. Enter Dave Thurman, technician, and he figured out where the short was and saved me a pile of money. Will Leavitt was able to round-up the other parts we needed for a couple of other items very quickly and I was back on the road the next morning. Thanks Newberg Service Team!! More
