My husband works odd hours and we have four kids, making it difficult to come in to the dealership to test drive, but since we live so close they brought the car to my house to test drive. In fact, we never had to even go into the dealership, they brought the paperwork to us! Great experience!! We love our Chrysler Town and county!!! More

So so My sales person was nice and courteous. There was no pressure to buy. He did everything he could to help me find the vehicles I was looking for. My My sales person was nice and courteous. My only negative was that I felt the price of the warranty directly corresponded to the amount of my down payment. I asked the financing guy how much the warranty might be($1000 or $2000) and he said yeah something like that. Well it wasn't until after I was signing and had made it known that I was going to put $3000 down that he made me aware that the warranty was going to cost me that same $3000. More

Thanks for a great experience We brought our Jeep to Newberg Dodge as we've had good experiences there in the past, even though other dealers were closer. We now live in Montana and were on a trip to Portland when the alternator failed and needed to be replaced. I called the dealership and talked with Terry, the Service Manager. I explained our situation and he went ahead and ordered an alternator from the warehouse so it would be there the next morning when they started work on the Jeep. On testing, we were also advised that the battery would have to be replaced as well. We gave our approval to do this and the work was completed on time. After the new alternator was installed, our service advisor, Ryan, asked the tech to perform a more thorough test of the battery and it was then determined it was actually ok. So they removed the new battery and reinstalled our old battery which saved us approximately $200. The old battery is only 2 years old and works just fine since the alternator was replaced. They could have left the new battery in and we would have never known the difference. Thanks, guys, for your honesty and good work. We really appreciated your efforts to get our Jeep in quickly and get us back on the road. More

I would higly recommend this dealership I responded to an online advertisement for a 2013 Ram 4x4. I was promptly contacted by email and by phone from Nathan White. Nathan was very professional and encouraged me to drop by and look at the truck. I did this on Saturday. Today I returned and bought the truck. The manager, John Henry is awesome to deal with. He explained the situation with my BMW and got me a better loan then I had prearranged thru my own credit union. Beat all my expectations Kyle called me up and offered to lower my interest rate and get me into something bigger. Not only did him and his team get my interest cut by 2/3 , they also got me into a truck I had no idea I could afford, and all at lower payments then I had. Kyle's customer service skills went above and beyond , he even went to my house so my wife could sign the paperwork so we did not have to load up the kids and take them to the dealer. I will definitely be bringing all my future business to them, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They will work with you for what's best for you, not what's best for them, could bit have asked for a better experience, and all said and done it was only about 3 hours from start to finish. More
