Horrible, hate this place Worst experience ever. We hate the car we were pushed into buying but have no way to get out of it. They couldn't and wouldn't get us what they origin Worst experience ever. We hate the car we were pushed into buying but have no way to get out of it. They couldn't and wouldn't get us what they originally promised in the deal. Supposedly did the front brakes but only did the brake pads. Weren't willing to do anything to make us happy at the time of purchase and because I drive a lot for work refuse to do anything about the brakes. This car was the worst decision we ever made and all I want is out of it. Don't ever go here. They will talk you into a horrible deal just to make a sale. Manager is tye biggest jerk I have ever met and will twist your words to make it no longer their issue. They don't care about you unless you have a warranty and then they have to deal with you. They ignored all my issues about the car when we bought it, were incapable of doing what I wanted, and we have already had to replace the back brakes within 4 months. Does this sound like service? I left feeling that I had been insulted by the manager who couldn't care less about your needs. Basically he told me how dare I have a problem with them when I have been driving the car. I cannot say enough BAD about this dealership to express how disappointed I am with the service we have received and the way we have been treated. More

Jerome was most helpful, I was in search of a Chrysler 200 but due to my financial situation and the amount owed on my trade-in I got into a 2015 Jeep Patri was most helpful, I was in search of a Chrysler 200 but due to my financial situation and the amount owed on my trade-in I got into a 2015 Jeep Patriot. He pushed hard to meet my needs. The Finance Manager also managed to get my previous interest rate of 19.75% reduced to 14.75% which is a much better rate and over all savings. I would recommend this dealership to anybody in search of a new car or a quality used car. More
