Amazing experience I found the truck on Craigslist, called the dealer and within two days the truck was mine!!!! I did everything over the phone, it was so easy! Pat was so helpful and worked relentlessly to get me the deal that I needed! He was in constant contact with me every step of the way. He even had it brought to me (I live in central Oregon) three hours away from the dealership!! I'm basically a first time buyer and this was a wonderful experience for me! I had some issues, with the dealership as a whole, not the sales staff (Kyle and Jeff). 1. Price of the car was negotiated based on it being certified and having a 7 year 100,000 miles wrap warranty. Then when the deal went down they wanted additional money to pay for the warrenty, that was their major selling point. Could have been a miss communication but it seemed like they were misdirecting and trying pad the numbers. 2. They tried to transfer the theft insurance that they used because they don't lock their lot. This was not mentioned a single time, until the $700.00 additional charge was questioned. I don't know why a consumer would purchase a dealers theft insurance. 3. The 120 point inspection was blank and not filled out. 4. The climate control doesn't work, the fans don't turn on and I don't think this was ever inspected. (Going to another dealer to have it repaired) 5. The car gas tank was empty and after purchasing I had to go directly to the gas station. More

I told them the AC did not hold a charge, and specifically requested I took my 2003 RAM 2500 for service, and they did a great job for the most part. I told them the AC did not hold a charge, and specifically requested they check it, and that I could recharge it, and a week later it was dead. Sure enough, they said the AC was great, but a week later, it was blowing warm air. After telling them that UP FRONT, then spending the money on AC diagnostic, you would think they could do better. If they did diagnose it, their equipment really needs recalibrated. More
