There was a “severe recall” on my vehicle. When parts were finally available, I called the dealership where I live to schedule the work. I was told it would take one day to do the work. I made arrangements for a ride home then back to pick my vehicle up. When we arrived to drop my vehicle off, I was told it would actually take “at least 2 days” to do the work. WHAT?! I needed my vehicle before the vague “at least 2 days” would be up, and I was not pleased at being lied to, so we took my vehicle back home. I was not happy that I had been lied to, so there is no way I’ll be going back there. I’ve always had really great service from your dealership, since about 2013, till around 2021. So I called your dealership. I explained what the recall work was, the recall number and asked how long it would take to do this work. I was told SIX HOURS. WHAT?! One place told me, when they stopped lying to me, “at least 2 days”, now I’m hearing six hours? I told the scheduler what had happened with the other dealership. She told me she would double check on the time frame and put me on hold. She returned and told me she confirmed it would take six hours. So. a little skeptically, I scheduled the work to be done. We arrived early to drop my vehicle off then kill six hours or so. Please note, my elderly Mama and I do not live within walking distance of Newberg, but since it would only take the better part of a day, we made plans to kill time in Newberg. Imagine my non-surprise when I was told by your service department that it would “take at least two days, more likely 3-4 days.” I had been lied to a second time, by a second dealership. However, the difference this time is that your dealership gave us a loaner vehicle. If they had not done that, I would have left to never return to your dealership, as I will not return to the dealership where I live. I do not appreciate being lied to. My vehicle was done when Brigit told me it would be done. And I am very happy with the work. When the lease is up on my vehicle next year, I will buy her. I will need a place to get her oil changes done. Unless I am lied to again, I will be bringing my vehicle to you for her oil changes and any work that needs to be done. Brigit and your service manager (I assume he was the manager) did what they could to make things right, and I do appreciate that. Had I not been lied to when I scheduled the work, I would have given both answers a 5 star. However, I cannot do that after being lied to. More

What an awesome experience! Bailey was professional, personable, friendly and a joy to work with! Even though we didn't interact with Krystal, other than a brief phone conversation later that day, she was polite, professional and very helpful! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our truck buying experience at a smaller dealership. The dealership may be smaller in size than most but HUGE in customer service and customer experience. If ever we are in the market to buy another vehicle, we will definitely return........as long as Bailey and Ken are still there. :-) Thank y'all for a pleasant Saturday!! More

I drove 90 minutes to this dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler. I was supposed to meet with Carlos but he was playing hooky. Bailey was great, she listened to what I wanted and was very accommodating. The price was great on the Jeep compared to other dealerships I had looked at (Which is why I drove the distance). I brought my 2 Huskies with me to approve of the purchase, Bailey and the other dealership staff were very welcoming. :) The purchasing process was mostly painless (except for the hard sell on the extended warranty) but once we got the payment amount and down payment dialed in the finance part went quickly. It would have been quicker if I had started the process online but overall it was a positive experience. This is not your typical dealership nightmare. I was not trading in the car I came in, and being new to the area I didn't have anyone to drive the second vehicle home. Getting the car home was a bit of a challenge since they told me they could not deliver it like some of the other dealerships do. When I returned two days later to pick up the Jeep I noticed there was an issue with the power mirrors not working. They said they didn't have the time to check it out while I was there (even though I just paid for an expensive 90 minute ride to get there). They provided me with a very nice Jeep Cherokee as a loaner. The very next morning they called to say they fixed the issue and I could come back again to pick it up. The service was quick, I just wish they would have taken care of it while I was there instead of all the back n forth driving. As I mentioned, overall it was a positive experience. Everyone is very friendly from the sales, to finance, to service dept. I am still happy with my purchase and I would still recommend this dealership because it was an easy going and relaxed environment with zero to minimal pressure. As for Carlos, I did meet him on my second return trip. He was very helpful and friendly. He gave me a wine tasting gift box and once I discovered the issue with the mirrors he worked quickly to find a solution while facilitating communication with the manager and the service department. I will not be returning as there was some discrepancy in what they were suggesting. After doing research, I discovered that they wanted to charge me for something that I shouldn't be charged for. When speaking to the service manager, he wasn't even willing to work with me. I was also supposed to receive quotes and this many weeks later, I still haven't heard anything. I had the problem taken elsewhere. More
