Kyle entered sales floor upon completion of another sales transaction and immediately approached us and appropriately inquired to our needs. Kyle was very patient and accommodated our 3 separate test drives of two different vehicles. Kyle stayed with us through the whole process answering our questions and keeping us informed of the transaction progress. Can't the industry find a way to speed up the process? In this day and age of technology it shouldn't take so long to work up the transaction paperwork. A great experience once Kyle entered the picture...a little questionable otherwise. More

Great experience Nate was awesome. He had the car my wife and I wanted to look at waiting and ready when we arrived at the dealership. After the test drive we decided Nate was awesome. He had the car my wife and I wanted to look at waiting and ready when we arrived at the dealership. After the test drive we decided we wanted to purchase the car. We had our 18mo daughter with us and feared that the negotiation process might take a long time and could prove difficult if her mood happen to change for the worst. The process was painless and reasonably quick. The other sales staff were more then willing to play and interact with our daughter which made the process even better. From start to finish the whole process took us about 2.0hrs. I would definitely return to this dealership and work with Nate again if/when we decide to purchase another car. More
