Before contacting Newberg Dodge Chrysler Jeep, I had spoken to a few other dealerships about my “situation”. They wouldn’t even consider helping me and said I was out of luck. I have no idea how Kyle and the rest of the staff pulled it off, but they were able to get me into the exact SUV I wanted and in fact, they ordered two vehicles that had to be shipped in just for me to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. Kyle made sure he knew what I wanted and met all those expectations and more. I also appreciate his great communication through the process and he even drove out to meet my husband and I to sign our docs and bring me a fun rental.
