Jerome was fantastic, immensely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend working with him highly. Ended up in a good truck at a fair price. Broken turn signal Ed Dotter was extremely helpful and kind to work with me. My service for my Jeep was supposed to be over $1800, but Ed realized it was something that Ed Dotter was extremely helpful and kind to work with me. My service for my Jeep was supposed to be over $1800, but Ed realized it was something that would be covered under a warranty because of faulty installation. I was so ecstatic! Other dealerships I had spoken with, were not very pleasant or hepful. Ed went out of his way to help me and was very kind in the process. He even left a Thank You note in my car! I will forever be going to Newberg Jeep for all of my service needs and when I'm ready for a new car, that will be where I go. I'm grateful for an outstanding experience at Newberg Jeep. More

Started with a phone call Called up Kyle letting him know i was after a new jeep, told him what i was after and he made it happen. Everything was super smooth and easy start to finish, kept telling no rush because i was going to be out of town most of the days between my signing of the papers and actually driving my jeep off of the lot. I was called the next day at every step letting me know that it was ready, was Incredible. Every person I interacted with was extremely nice and friendly, it was like working with family. 10/10 would recommend Newberg and the while team they have working there. More

We recently purchased a 2006 mustang from this dealership. We drove from out of state. We called and they knew we were on our way...they had the car ready. When we showed up, Jerome had the paperw dealership. We drove from out of state. We called and they knew we were on our way...they had the car ready. When we showed up, Jerome had the paperwork ready to sign. It took 20 minutes tops to sign, exchange money and out the door. Kudos for them for making this quick since evening was approaching and we wanted to get back on the road. There was even a full tank of premium gas for the trip home, so we didn't have to stop to fill-up. Thank you! More
