They took in my jeep w engine light on. Had it a few days n they couldn't fix it. They didn't have a loaner vehicle n said they would call back in a couple days to bring the jeep back in. Thru the purchasing process I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells, and she is more than happy to share this information. This purchase, dealing with Bailey, was one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Not only is Bailey very knowledgeable but she has a wonderful personality, nothing phony or put on with her. She is a truly down to earth, easy to talk to, young lady. If you want an easy enjoyable car buying experience look up Bailey. NO-I do not know Bailey personally, This is a genuine review of a buying experience.
