I dropped off our motor home on a Tuesday morning at 9 am for an alignment. Omar stated that the unit should be done that day but worst case the next day. This was a customers unit from our dealership and t for an alignment. Omar stated that the unit should be done that day but worst case the next day. This was a customers unit from our dealership and the customer was promised a pick up date of that Thursday. I did not hear from Omar so I called to check status Thursday morning and could not get a status after sitting on hold for 15 minutes. Omar finally called back and told me that they had issues with another vehicle, that ours would be next in line but would not be ready until early afternoon at the earliest. At this time it was too late and I had to pick up the vehicle. More
