Riley helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and explore all available options. Both he and Paul provided the most top notch customer service I have ever received during the car buying process. It can be rather stressful and challenging to choose where to buy from but I know when I am ready to purchase this is where I will be going. Thanks for making it easy for me guys! More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. From 5 star to 1 star overnight. I do not write reviews often. Only when I have an amazing experience, or a terrible one. So please note that me taking the time to write this out means I’m truly disappointed. My husband went in at the end of September to shop for a car. He was so excited and happy with the service when he found a car he liked in his budget. The dealership, or the salesman I should say, was very willing to help out because my husband had two cars to trade it, one of which was not running. My husband was very, very clear about that vehicle and told them he had no idea what was wrong with it. They took it anyways, and gave him $500 for it. Everything was good to go, my husband took both cars he was trading in there that day and then drove off the lot with his new car! He was so excited and pleased with the service.. and then everyone changed their tune. Within the same week his brand new car (it had less than 20 miles when he drove it off the lot) was dying when I started it, and also overheating. So my husband scheduled an appointment to have it looked at to make sure nothing was wrong, since a brand new car shouldn’t be doing that, right? Well, when my husband takes the car in to get looked over, some other salesman that was not involved in my husbands transaction at all comes out yelling at him about the car he traded in that didn’t run.. They were pissed that he traded it in.. because it didn’t run? My husband was VERY clear when he was making the deal that the car did not run and he did not know for sure what was wrong with it. Hence, him needing to get a new car. There was also a screw up on paperwork, but that is honestly the least of my annoyance at this point. Every single time he goes in there he gets treated like garbage, from different employees, about this trade in that they AGREED TO TAKE. For $500. Sounds like a person problem, right? Maybe don’t agree to take in a car that wasn’t running. We did not lie about, we were not dishonest about the condition of the car. But whatever, we shrugged it off, two months go by. We thought we were done with this place and moved on. THEN, my husband got a bill in the mail yesterday from a toll booth in Washington. We don’t drive through Washington, ever. We looked up the plate, it belonged to the other car he traded in on this deal. It was a $10, no big deal, but obviously the title never got transferred, and someone is driving a car around under my husbands name. So my husband called the dealership last night to find out what happened. They again, were very unhelpful, but at least not rude. My husband stopped in today to give them some paperwork on the bill in case they need it, and what do you know? The employee he is dealing with brings up the non running trade in, AGAIN. Then insults my husband by saying “that $10 doesn’t even come close to what we had to deal with with your trade in.” (The car that didn’t run.) Insinuating that we should just pay it and leave them alone, except the money isn’t the issue here. It’s the fact there is car still in my husbands name that we traded in to them. Needless to say, we will NEVER come to this dealership again. Not even for maintenance on the car we purchased from there. Because why would we when we get treated like absolute xxxx every time we go there? I have never been so appalled in my life by a customer service experience anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous, unacceptable, and just bad for business. So congrats Newberg Ford, you got a one and only one time customer because your employees don’t know how to be decent human beings. 👏🏻 More

Dishonest My daughter was buying a car from them and they sold her a a bunch of stuff she did not know she was buying. They never disclosed any of it to her.
