I bought a brand-new 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn, and had them install some splash guards. Several weeks later, I noticed the splash guards were rubbing the paint off. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that they install some splash guards. Several weeks later, I noticed the splash guards were rubbing the paint off. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that they were installed improperly. (This was confirmed by another Chrysler dealer.) I phoned in an appointment with service dept. for a Tuesday morning, and was told it would take 2 hours to repair it all. After taking the day off and driving 40 minutes to the dealership, they made excuses and blew me off. I ended up paying their competitor to remove the guards, repair the paint, and re-install properly. This is how New Smyrna Chrysler thanks a customer who spends 40K with them. BOOO! More

I bought a 2008 dodge ram big horn mega cab from them 1year ago for $21,900. Now 1 year later I wanted to buy a different vehicle from them and they will only give me $14,000 for the truck. It has only been 1 year and the truck is in great shape, but they say that is all they will give me. So in 1year the truck has lost $7900 in value and they won't work with me on it. Kelly blue book tells me trade in value is $18,000 , so that tells me they only care about the money they make off of a vehicle and not trying to keep customers after a sale. Not happy with them at all. I will never use them again or tell others they are good. Lost a customer for ever and will tell my story to all. More

There is more than one reason that I would not recommend this dealer. The prices charged are ridiculous. A tune up should consist of more than changing spark plugs and it does not cost $200 to do so. I had great service from Tim! Even though he was new to the business he went above and beyond to make the experience go smooth. When I left with the truck the first time the vehicle had a two fuel leaks. I the business he went above and beyond to make the experience go smooth. I had to go back and pick up the truck on my lunch. Over an hour one way from my work. The gas tank wasn't topped off. The passenger window wouldn't roll down and the wiper blades were falling apart. I called back and asked what their procedures were for selling used vehicles and the said all they did was safety inspections like wiper blades, tires, brakes, and fluids. I explained my situation and all they wanted to do was reimburse me for a set of wiper blades. If they had the correct "safety inspections" in place they would have noticed the fuel leak and the wiper blades falling apart before the truck even made it on the lot. I feel like for all of the inconvenience that me and my family went through they should have fixed the window and at least sent me on the road with a full tank of gas. More
