dishonest We bought a used 2006 Chrysler Town & Country from this dealership, and were told the vehicle went through a safety inspection by the dealership prior We bought a used 2006 Chrysler Town & Country from this dealership, and were told the vehicle went through a safety inspection by the dealership prior to being offered to the public for sale. Upon driving the vehicle a week later .. during evening hours when a rain storm came through we had no wipers that functioned and then the turn signals also would not function. We considered this to be a safety issue as you could not see through the windshield because the rain came down so heavy. We returned to the dealership to let them know of the problem. We were told that this was not a safety issue and it would not be covered for repair as we had purchased a used vehicle. WHAT HAPPENED TO A SAFETY CHECK OF THIS VEHICLE?? IS THIS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE?? YOU CAN'T SEE THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD WHEN IT RAINS!! We are very dissatisfied with this dealership, as we had purchased a new 2013 Jeep from them 2 years prior. We were repeat customers and will now never recommend them to anyone else. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism shown at this dealership! More
no integrity New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge-Zero stars. This dealership ripped my boyfriend off big time! They'll try to confuse you with mismatched numbers on you New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge-Zero stars. This dealership ripped my boyfriend off big time! They'll try to confuse you with mismatched numbers on your contracts, jack up the price without telling you, then after you've signed all the papers, and you're bound to it, you'll be stuck. After reviewing the crooked contract they gave to my boyfriend, and I showed him the hard truth about what was real vs. what he was told, he drove the truck back to the dealership and told them he could not afford it. This was merely 2 hours after the deal transpired, but they refuse to let him out of it. I then went to the dealership to speak with them, and a woman named Barbara addressed me very rudely in front of our 3 children. She told me that I was not his wife and that it was was none of my business. She told me that I was "forcing" him out of what he wanted. A later conversation between she and my boyfriend was ruder still, where she told told him, "...you're not married to the girl. Maybe you should rethink your relationship instead of the truck." Whoa! He left the truck and the keys at the dealership, took his tag and told them he COULD NOT do the deal. The woman then tells him that they'll just drop it off at his residence. We have been back there 3 days trying to explain and undo the deal.... The general manager, Fred Peacock, is also a very rude man who runs a very emoral business with little to no integrity. A car dealer friend of ours went with us to the dealership on our 3rd visit to talk with Fred, and tried to help my boyfriend renegotiate the crooked deal. The quote from the salesman (which we have proof of) was $28,000...in the ending of the contract we would be paying just shy of $40,000. We showed these numbers to Mr. Peacock, and his response was, "...I am not responsible for what my salesmen do or say...you're stuck." We tried to explain that this was not the agreed upon price and that the numbers on the dealer order and the buyer contract don't match or add up...to which he responded, "They don't have to." He would not explain. I spoke to the salesmen and asked them if they answered to anyone. They said yes...when I asked who, they said the "boss man". When I asked who the boss man was, they responded, Fred Peacock. I asked a final question...if you made a mistake in a sale, would Fred be responsible for it? Response "...only if it lost us money." No integrity, no morals...all about the money. Shame on you! More

Brought in for service and everything was handled as promised... Thank you for the ease of having to bring a vehicle in for service. It was the first time it felt completely painless from dropping it off, to communicating the issues and the issues being addressed, to the ride to home and back that was provided while waiting for service to be completed. Additional applause to both the cashier and the rep inside who immediately provided me with requested documents. Last, but not least Hans for following thru with what was promised. Thank you all! Makes me feel like I did make the right decision to go with your dealership. Sharon Miller Proud owner of a Ram Truck More

They told us we would have to pay to have it installed...when it was part of the original deal. We had a relationship with this dealership for over 15 years, so this is extremely disappointing. They flat out LIE and then when you call them to get a resolution, they are unresponsive for weeks until you show up at the dealership and even then, it's a less than desirable solution. Do not buy from this place... go to Gator or somewhere else nearby. More

Customer Very Satisified I want to commend the staff at New Smyrna Beach Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a very pleasant experience that I had in purchasing my new 2015 Dodge Challeng I want to commend the staff at New Smyrna Beach Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a very pleasant experience that I had in purchasing my new 2015 Dodge Challenger. My salesman Santino Allison listened very carefully on making sure I had the car that I desired to own. He worked hard in locating my car with my options and features, quickly finding the vehicle. Working with the finance mgr Charlie Esskuchen was also pleasant. The only thing I think was that my trade-in value of my 2013 Charger was worth a little more... Being a business man my self, I know that money does need to be made. I was pleased with the final price of the new Challenger...! Santino did an excellent job in following up on a few additional items that were needed with the car a few days after I took delivery and went above and beyond of what is expected in making sure I am a satisfied customer... He is a friendly, professional and proficient young man that will have me returning in the future. I will be referring people to this dealership and to Santino himself. Thank you, Thomas Cleary More
Horrible! Dishonest AND conniving! My daughter and myself along with my 7 mo old grandson drove 2 hours (one way) to purchase a vehicle for her, from this dispicable place. For 4 days p My daughter and myself along with my 7 mo old grandson drove 2 hours (one way) to purchase a vehicle for her, from this dispicable place. For 4 days prior to going I told them under NO uncertain terms were her payments to be over a certain amount a month, maybe they are all idiots and thought I meant a week who knows. I should've knew they were when my daughter asked the finance guy if he had children and he says I have grandchildren..um ok. After they called my daughter and myself 6 times on the day we decided to trust them and with us reinerating that monthly payment we figured they were competent enough to understand us guess we should have put it on paper for them because when we get there they say a monthly payment reflecting $50 more than what was agreed on. I asked them how can you treat people like this? No worries though I truly believe what comes around goes around and after this horrible experience of trying to purchase a used vehicle she is now a proud owner of a new Kia Sorrento bought elsewhere so she's happy. I am lucky enought to be able to purchase new car every 3-4 years and have never experienced a dealership so unprofessional and dishonest in my life. Stay away it is truly not worth it or if you like being taken for a ride then this is the place for you. More
Santino Allison, Sales Associate Sales Associate, Santino Allison is unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent. I had the displeasure of making his acquaintance on Thursday, Septe Sales Associate, Santino Allison is unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent. I had the displeasure of making his acquaintance on Thursday, September 25th, 2014 when my husband and I stopped in to look at Jeeps. My husband received an emergency call so we had to depart the dealership quickly, Mr. Allison "chased" us into the parking lot saying he would be willing to meet our requests (trade-in value & monthly payment amount). Mr. Allison called me at 1:01p.m. saying he had great news. When I returned his call at4:06p.m. that day he put Mark O. on the line and reiterated the trade-in offer and monthly payment amount, I informed Mark O. that my husband was on an emergency call out of town and that I would discuss same with him. On Friday, September 26th at 6:55p.m. Mark O. from the dealership texted me, thanking me for stopping in and asked if I had any questions. I simply replied that we were unable to make this happen and I thanked him for his due diligence. Saturday, September 27th at 09:28a.m. Mr. Allison called again inquiring as to the status. At 10:10a.m. that morning I returned Mr. Allison's call, the operator connected me to his voice mail where I kindly informed him that we would not be moving forward and that I had informed Mark O. via text. So you can only imagine my surprise when Mr. Allison called AGAIN on Sunday, September 28th at 2:45p.m. and left me an unprofessional message regarding "common courtesy" and "all the time" he had spent with us. I returned Mr. Allison's call and as I was speaking with him he disconnected our call. If this is any reflection on the attitude/business tactics of New Smyrna Chrysler thanks but no thanks. Please be advised that I am purchasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler ($35,000.00) but not from New Smyrna Chrysler due to the actions of SANTINO ALLISON. More

I had to go inside and look for someone help me. He raised the price $2000 and would not honor the price found on 3 different car websites. Then proceeded to charge an additional. $800 dealer fees they call doc fees. Told me i would have to pay another $1250 if they had find a bank to finance me. My dad walks in there the next day and they give him the internet price in writing muttering "well I'm not making anything off this sale now." Worst experience ever. I made sure I told all of my friends about this. And to tell their friends too. More
