Terrible customer service; potentially criminal sales tactics. Bought a used vehicle and found immediately that it had a chipped winshield and a bald spot on rear tires. Was told car had been inspected a tactics. Bought a used vehicle and found immediately that it had a chipped winshield and a bald spot on rear tires. Was told car had been inspected and had no defects, but was not given report so I took their word. Also was told car was one owner, it was a 6 owner car. Called to report issues and was told to bring vehilcle in for winshield repair, waited 4 hours, they did not make repair but said they did. Was told I had opportunity to inspect tires so they didn't care if they were bald. I cannot bend down due to a disability and I told them this before purchasing, to which they told me it had been inspected. They refuse to accept responsibility for deliberately selling a car with known safety defects or come to any reasonable solution. More
