The worst service department I’ve used. Say they did work and they didn’t. Complained to brandy to figure out what work was done and she was suppose to call me back but never did. Scheduling was easy by just calling in and had me in the following day. They were on time taking our vehicle and were done with a standard oil change and tire rotation service with in 1 hour. I live in St Augustine and found the truck I wanted at New Smyrna. I texted Mauro, and he answered immediately. Gave me all the info on the truck and invited me down to test drive. I arrived and he had t New Smyrna. I texted Mauro, and he answered immediately. Gave me all the info on the truck and invited me down to test drive. I arrived and he had the truck up front and ready to drive. While driving he answered all my questions and obviously knew everything about the truck and all its high tech features which I appreciated. We loved the truck and was able to work out a deal. Mauro was exceptional. While doing the finances with Nick, Mauro had the truck cleaned and prepped for me to drive home. After all you hear about the nightmares people have at car dealerships its nice to have the opposite. Thanks also to Nick Wingle for processing a quick finance deal. He has a great personality and was fun to work with. More
