Found the Perfect Car! We purchased a used 2014 Lexus October 12 at the perfect price after searching several weeks on line and in person over a 50 plus mile radius. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was by the front door, waiting for our inspection. No pressure, not pushy, professional salesman, took us on a test drive, that lead us to an immediate purchase. Car was checked and topped off with a full tank of gas. We signed the papers and were out the door pleased with our new ride. It was the best car buying experience. Every part of the team involved in our purchased were wonderful. Car needs new engine after 5 weeks Purchased a 2014 Toyota Prius on 9/27/19, and the engine blew on 11/1/19. I contacted them on multiple occasions, but then, they stopped responding. They are the greatest at telling you how wonderful their car is, but they refuse to stand behind their sale. I will take this as far as it can go. I lost over $6000, and I will not let it happen to anyone else. I will do whatever I can to deter every customer I can. More
