Purchased 2016 Traverse with less than my 2014 Traverse had We recently purchased a 2016 Traverse which was brought in from Sanford and we were told this vehicle had everything my 2014 had plus the extras I wan We recently purchased a 2016 Traverse which was brought in from Sanford and we were told this vehicle had everything my 2014 had plus the extras I wanted which was a sunroof and captain seats. I assumed a 2016 Traverse would be better than a 2014 and my new vehicle did not come with the HD radio which I learned of days later, it doesn't have Bluetooth for my ITunes for the radio, the AC doesn't blow as well in the back nor does it have the size wheels my older one had. We are very disappointed with the new vehicle. We were mislead from the beginning and made several trips to make sure everything was in line then the day we came to purchase the vehicle I sat in the lobby almost 2 HOURS then was getting ready to walk out then got acknowledge that they were busy and had several ahead of me which would of been fine had they told me that from the beginning. We called several times asking for assistance and have yet to get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salesperson was a great person I just don't think we got all the info we should have. More

She had it ready for a test drive as soon as I got there. The drive went great and I had no hesitation to go right on with the purchase process. The atmosphere created by Marsha and continued by Eric and John was a comfortable one and I felt taken care of without feeling pressured. The car had hubcaps vs. the wheels that were advertised but Eric was all over it and I'm set up for those to be swapped out at my earliest convenience with a loaner car available. John was able to offer a rate competitive with mine but I opted for the service I've known at USAA. Marsha took time to point out some features before we headed home with our vehicle. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this dealership to others. More
