Very Disappointed I contacted this dealership via their pop-up chat box on and requested additional photos of a used truck they had advertised. The girl on the chat box said she would gladly pass on the request to the sales dept. The next day, 7-28-17. I received an email from Jeremy Keil (General Manager).His email stated the following: Our main objective is to give you all the information you need in a timely and efficient manner. 1.My Internet Team is reviewing your request right now. 2.We will verify your vehicle specifications. 3.One of my Internet Directors will also call, email, or text you to gather some information from you shortly for me. Well if they even actually reviewed my request they never responded with photos like I requested. That same day I received another email from a Sales Manager, Ulises Cabrera promising the best price with no hassle but still "NO" photos. A 3rd contact from a "Sales Specialist", Danny Pohl stating: Hoping this note finds you well. I've attempted to reach you in order to help you in your search for the right deal on the vehicle you inquired about my management team as well as myself are extremely dedicated to make sure that you have an amazing and unforgetable experience with us here at our dealership! If you no longer need any information, or are simply not in the market anymore, please respond and let me know. In that case, I can stop attempting to reach you and mark your file appropriately. If you are, after all, still searching for a vehicle, I'm more than willing to help you gather all the information you need to make an informed decision in your own time. This was the one and only email from him so I'm assuming this was his attempt. But still "NO" photos. I responded with: Yes still in the market but I never received the additional photos of the vehicle I inquired about. I would like to at least see photos of the interior and additional photos of exterior before I make the drive to see it in person. As of 8-7-17 I have yet to receive a photo. This same date while traveling back home to Jacksonville from Orlando I stopped by the dealership to a sales person already making a deal on the vehicle I had inquired about. So much for customer service. I guess I should've read previous reviews. I wasn't even going to give dealership 1 star for a poor rating but website wouldn't let me submit review without one. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.. SAD More

Horrible Place We purchased a brand new 2016 Chevy Camaro RS Convertible in November 2016, as it was 25% off the MSRP. We worked with Bryan, who was great. When we We purchased a brand new 2016 Chevy Camaro RS Convertible in November 2016, as it was 25% off the MSRP. We worked with Bryan, who was great. When we got to see the finance manager, after sitting in the showroom for 30 minutes, he (Andre) informed us that he had gone ahead and opened a GM credit card and a car loan, without our consent! When we asked what happened to the Capitol One loan we had already secured, he told us that he had spoken with them and that they had told him they couldn't approve the car. Turns out he had given them the full price instead of the discounted one! After three hours, and signing the paperwork 3 times, due to it being incorrect, we finally got to look over the car. They had to program a second remote, another wait of 45 minutes. They promised to clean the car as well, what a joke that was! We unfortunately took the car back to them to have it cleaned by a company they use to professionally clean customer's vehicles. We were guaranteed we would be happy. Sadly, the car came back looking like crap. White stuff all over the black convertible top and the car. On top of that, they said they had to remove some of the clearcoat as the water spots wouldn't come out. Now we have scratches in the paint, beneath the clearcoat! When we went back to complain, we were told that we should have asked to speak to a manager that day. During this whole ordeal, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT US TO SEE HOW TO RESOLVE OUR ISSUES!!!! We were made out to be the bad guys, and that nothing they would do would make us happy. These people have no clue what good customer service is!! They turned our dream car experience into a nightmare. I have told everyone I know, from Tampa to Homestead, about this horrible, awful dealership. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More

We are a transportation company and we are loosing money, time and waisting fuel dealing with this. More
