Terrible Customer Service I had a specific model Corvette I was looking for. It happens that they had a model meeting all of my criteria. I started my inquiry through the onlin I had a specific model Corvette I was looking for. It happens that they had a model meeting all of my criteria. I started my inquiry through the online chat. About an hour later I receive a call from Clint (Online Sales Manager). I explain to him he has the car I want and that I only want a little more detail regarding the condition before I make the 2 hour drive. He was very polite, promises to get the detail I need and call me back. I waited over 3 hours without a reply. I call and ask for him. He immediately starts answering some of my questions that I had given him but not all. (I am not certain if he had actually checked the things I asked or was just making general replies.) I had one more very specific question. He again promised to go check and immediately call me back. I wait again almost 3 hours with no answer. This is for a car I have already checked insurance on and arranged a friend to take drive me there assuming we would close the deal. I call and ask for the Used Car Manager so I can explain my experience (not expecting anything, just to express my frustration). The guy that answered tells me he is the new and used can manager. Again I highly doubt the new and used car manager is who is answering the phones. I explain my story, express my interest again. He promises to get the keys and call my in a few minutes from his personal cell while he is standing looking at the car so he can answer my questions. In a few minutes I start getting text messages with pictures and get a call. This is yet another salesman who doesn't have the above background. He seems confused by what I am asking (basic questions about tire tread, curb rash on wheels, rock chips, and if the car has been smoked in). This call isn't very helpful. I am yet to hear back from the original "Online Sale Manager" or the "Used New and Used Sales Manager". I am sure they are busy but they made multiple commitments to followup and didn't. I expect better, especially when you are ready to buy a $40K used car from them. Plenty of other places to take my business going forward. More

Absolute worst First of all i want to express my disappointment and frustration as well as the feeling of betrayal by this dealership. I have likely been one of the most loyal customers in the past year and have BOUGHT 3 vehicles and referred 3 other people that have bought in the last year from this dealer. I have personally spent over 150,000 with Nsb chevy in 10 months and referred 3 of my closest friends who have spent over 160,000 and bought vehicles in the same span. I have all references if needed. I brought my 2017 camaro ZL1 (a track car and the highest performance camaro that they make that retails for over 70k) to them TWO WEEKS AGO TODAY. The clutch went out and i explained what happened with it. They didn’t even pull it apart and told me it was bad and abused and not warrantied,but then also told me they didn’t have a price for a repair because they haven’t “pulled it apart yet”. I then leave my car because they were going to see what they could do because I’m a “loyal customer”. I DIDN’T RECEIVE ONE CALL from the service advisor kitty in TWO WEEKS. I had to call almost daily for updates on my own. I even called with no call backs on 4 occasions. I got the excuse that people were on vacation and no one could help me. I also was not offered a courtesy or rental car whatsoever so i have not had a car in 2 weeks and needed APPROVAL to get a shuttle home. I explained the Dyer need for my vehicle as I’m a single dad of a 15 month old daughter and i have to pick her up and want to be with her for the holidays. That didn’t matter whatsoever to anyone at this place. I guess i can take a votran to work and to see my daughter while owning one of GM’S top vehicles that sits in a showroom? So after two weeks i call and conveniently she tells me yea i just talked to him you were denied. So basically had to take two weeks out of my life to be told to xxxx off. I run a very large pest control company and have a retention rate of 98% and have been in the customer service industry for 16 years straight. It is blasphemy to tell a customer we can’t help you for two weeks, NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE COMPANY can help you because of the holidays??!! The review also said abuse and the vehicle had burnt rubber under it and new tires. Well the vehicle has 10,500 miles and the F1 Goodyear tires wear out, the fronts were even going bald, you can call discount tire and ask them to see the tires. They go bad around 10k miles. I bought this vehicle FOUR MONTHS AGO and have put 5k miles on it!! There isn’t any chance the previous owner abused it??!! Burnt rubber just magically disappears? My car is in showroom condition, but i do not detail the underside of the vehicle, do you NSB CHEVY? This is the worst i have ever been treated and i will never in my life return to this place or GM. 3,200 repair on this vehicle they wanted as well LOL!! 2017 ZL1!! Finally i will include the ONLY assistance i ever received from this location was not the service advisor, not management, but my sales consultant Mario Cervi. He is the only one to answer the phone, check on updates and try to help me out in ANY MANNER. This location doesn’t deserve a loyal, caring person like Mario. He is the definition of customer service. So thank you for being the only one to care. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I AM!!! Regards, Charles Harned More

increasing price after deal is made I wanted to take the time to leave a comment about this dealer. I was there last week (11-8-17) in person but was working online with them before tha I wanted to take the time to leave a comment about this dealer. I was there last week (11-8-17) in person but was working online with them before that. we talked i got to inspect the car and we started talking deals. later that night the manager Dare, he said it sounds like we can do the deal, let me double check to see if we can get the extra parts. The next day came and gone, reached out to Sales person then the manager got back to me telling me he did not forget about me and would call me the next day. even made a comment about the grill they are ordering for me. So Now we are at Friday and I had to call him, he said they were still working on it and getting the car ready for Pick up Sat morning. He then calls back later Friday night and tell me they are going to increase the price of the car as someone is saying they will pay more. I called back and Talked to the GM Eric. I told him how unhappy i was with this and this was wrong. After a few words we said lets let it rest and talk later. Well today is Tuesday (11-14-17) of the following week and he has not called me back and the car is still showing in there inventory. If you are in the market for a new car, i would give other dealers a shot. I buy a new car every 1.5 to 2 years and have never had this used car salesman type scam happen to me before. I wish that Corporate will look into this a bit more so it does not happen to anyone else. More

This was my first new car purchase and she was understanding of our circumstances/budget. Andre and Dare helped finalize our deal. They both were excellent as well. I came in one hour before closing on a Friday night and the team stayed with me until 1 am to finish all the paperwork so that I could drive off in my new vehicle. A few extras that I ordered were not in stock and the dealership went over and above to hand deliver them to my apartment (two hours away from dealership). I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend going to their dealership. More
