I was in the market for a Toyota Grand Highlander Black Hybrid, and they were one of the few dealerships expecting this model. I was told that if I left a deposit, they would guarantee I’d be first in line for the vehicle. They assured me—multiple times—that once the deposit was made, the car would be mine and I’d be the first to get a call when it arrived. Well, I left the deposit, and guess what? The car arrived—and they sold it to someone else. Apparently, someone was “ahead of me,” despite all the promises Fernando and Herrick made. That was the first betrayal. Then came the second: getting my deposit back. I requested my refund on April 7, and Fernando said I’d have it back in 3–5 business days. It’s now May 12, and I’ve received absolutely nothing. No refund. No call. No response to my texts or messages. Just complete radio silence. This is unacceptable. Unprofessional. Dishonest. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how they handle everything else. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a car here to look elsewhere. They passed my car inspection with cracked tires and that is illegal in nys. It took them three times of me complaining my car did not feel right to tell me I needed new tires. I recently visited the Toyota dealership service department for an oil change and tire rotation, but ended up having additional repairs done to my vehicle. He was exceptionally professional, respectful, welcoming, good-spirited, understanding, and kind. His remarkable treatment and service are the sole reason I would consider returning. As someone who typically doesn't leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience due to Robert's outstanding service. More

Until now I have been waiting call back from the service center, regarding the available car that I can leave for repair. Irvin Will Paneto, reserved a loaner vehicle for a day, and helped me arrange a payment plan with Sunbit. When I say, top-quality service, it doesn't even come close to how above and beyond Irving went to keep this customer satisfied. I have never received such accommodations from any other car dealer in all my years of driving. I've found a new home to service my vehicle, and it's New Rochelle Toyota.
