He is a straight shooter and realized that I could've gone with numerous Subaru dealerships in the tri-state area, if I were shopping based on price alone; but he and his management team were sure to keep my lease competitively priced, while showing me the CUSTOMER SERVICE value of working with my hometown Subaru dealer. Lowered the price without ever telling me! Before I go into my expierence with the dealership, I think it's important to let you know that I was NOT in a good postion to buy another car. My car was totaled after I just bought it 3 months ago, and my credit definitely wasn't ready to take another hit from a bunch of inquires. So I stated looking for Audi A5 coupes. And if anyone who knows about these cars, they aren't easy to find. But I found this beauty online at New Motors. They got me approved, but the down payment requirement from the bank was rediculous, and Kevin Yaros (New Motors Consultant) knew. So getting this car seemed unlikely, but that didn't stop Kevin. He tried some other banks, and was successful on getting the down payment lowered. I was able to come up with the downpayment, so I put a deposit on it and drove away with it a few days later....BUT, what New Motors DIDN"T tell me was that they lowered the price of the car! But why??? I hadn't known until I was looking at the pink slip at home. And I started thinking about how much the down payment was lowerd for me. So I called Kevin back the next day, and asked him about it. He explained that he went to his supervisor to ask to see if they could lower the price of the car so the down payment could be lowered. And it worked! So I just want to say thank you to Kevin, and his supervisor (never knew his name) for working with me in order to get me into a great car! More

I used to hate buying cars I know this sounds crazy, but I actually wouldn't mind buying a car from here again. Andrew (our salesman) was incredibly helpful and there was NO pushy sales pitch... just tons of information on the cars we were looking at. We financed the car and Nicole was as awesome as Andrew. I've NEVER been through a financing process that was as quick and easy as this one. I was truly dreading buying a car, but after working with Andrew and Nicole, I'd do it all over again! More

Great place to buy a car. I had a nice experience buying a new car, starting with the online coordinator and ending with the saleman and paperwork office. No one was pushy and I had a nice experience buying a new car, starting with the online coordinator and ending with the saleman and paperwork office. No one was pushy and everyone was friendly, all working to get me the car I wanted with the price and color I wanted. Red! I wanted red. Another dealership that communicated with me responded, "We have a white one. Come down to see it." I told them I want a red one. The again said, " We have a white one. Come down to see it." All the other dealers tried to convince me that I did not want what I was asking for. And one dealer tried selling a year old car for 10,000 more than a new one! He really thought I would fall for that. Nothing like that happened at New Motors. Taneeka, the internet communicator, worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and then Mike the salesman showed me exactly what I had asked for. When it turned out that I did not love it as much as I wanted to, he did not try to push me to a better, more expensive model. He even suggested a used one. We found one that I really like, he set up the Starlink and the My Subaru connections with my car and he had me practice how to use them in the car. I appreciated that Mike was helpful but not pushy. He did NOT try to act condescending like some salesmen do, to intimidate, or embarrass me. He was respectful, kind, and funny. Mostly, he was respectful, or at least that is why I appreciated the most. The paper work was completed and mailed to me (for me to take to my state's DMV) in a few days, in a timely manner. More
