We have never owned (or leased) a Subaru. Upon entering the showroom, we were treated like royalty. Brendan Eisinger met us and offered to help. His pleasant personality made us feel comfortable. If he didn't have the answer, he promptly got an answer for us. After taking a test-drive in the Ascent, my wife and I were pleased but not quite sure we were ready to "take the plunge." Again, Brendan met with us, answered more questions, reviewed what Ascent would best meet our needs based on what options we wanted, and spent time going over the financial choices available to us. He gave us many opportunities to discuss, in private, what our thoughts were and what would best meet our family's needs. Bottom line, we liked the car, liked the way we were treated and were very impressed with Brendan's easy-going manner, "no-pressure" approach, knowledge, and ability to anticipate our concerns. My wife and I returned to Subaru several times to finalize our purchase and commented how friendly and un-hurried both Brendan and Rob(financial manager) were. Not only is the place clean and comfortable, the people are friendly and accommodating. My sales person Ryan Franklin was the best, he was so knowledgable and had a no pressure attitude so for that reason are friendly and accommodating.
