My first three purchase were Quick and easy; I saw the vehicles at New Motors and completed the deals within a day or two. This latest purchase was anything but ordinary. I had to order the ID4 directly through VW in March 2021 and did not take delivery until 7/11/22. All manner of delays occurred, but the results were well worth it. The vehicle has exceeded all my expectations. My salesman, Levi Henderson performed admirably, full satisfying all my concerns during the extended waiting period and expertly instructing me on how to handle and drive my first all electric vehicle. I enthusiastically endorse Levi and New Motors to anyone anticipating or planning a purchase of a new Volkswagen. And Michele Happy was a wiz with my financing arrangements and transfer of the car.
