This is my 2nd New Car Subaru purchased from New Motors through Steven Kolinda. I know I can count on Steve, Beth, Ryan & the entire New Motors family. They are honest, professional & pay attention to deta through Steven Kolinda. I know I can count on Steve, Beth, Ryan & the entire New Motors family. They are honest, professional & pay attention to detail. They Never let you down & go out of their way to immediately (return phone calls nearly immediately) & consistently address whatever issues come up, regardless of how long ago you purchased your vehicle. I recommend New Motors & especially Steve Kolinda & Beth without reservation. I’d try to hire them away from New Motors if I could. 4/13/22 I have a 2019 tiguan i stop to the service dept. almost a month ago to show them that my driver side door lock would not lock it would just click like it was trying but you could lift the outside ha almost a month ago to show them that my driver side door lock would not lock it would just click like it was trying but you could lift the outside handle and it would open . This happens randomly so I was glad i could get there while it was doing it. I showed her you could hit the inside lock button, the outside lock on the door handle and the key fob and nothing will lock it. While driven down the road it continues to try to lock like every 30 seconds. She verified what I was seeing but said they only have 1 tech and they could not see it for themselves and i would have to make an appointment. She said it will register an error code so they will be able to see what was happening. So a Month later the earliest appt. they had I brought it in and at that point it was working okay. No code was registered so they couldn't do anything about it said it was the key fob battery. Which i pointed out that when i was showing her we used all the car buttons and not just the key fob. Their recommendation was to bring it back when it was doing it. I already did that and as stated above they cannot have someone to look at it. So I have a car that will lock sometimes and not other times so anyone can get into it!!!! The second part of the visit was an inspection, 32000 miles and had to replace the back rotors and pads totally worn out!!! I have never had a car that I had to replace rear rotors or pads at 32000 miles. I asked what was wrong with it and they just said normal wear, really but the front ones are like new???? Also, the visit before was for a noise in the front end I offered to drive it around to show them it and they declined. They said it was a sway bar pushing. I said I thought it was from the driver side shock. I drove out of the dealership and the same noise still there. I have to say this is my first and last VW car and I was so hoping to have a great experience with it. More

I am grateful for the help I got from Kevin Yaros to get new car, and actually also to sell my old VW 2018 with only few months warranty left which had over 25% credit loan interest rate. Kevin was able to new car, and actually also to sell my old VW 2018 with only few months warranty left which had over 25% credit loan interest rate. Kevin was able to offer me new VW2021 with 7 years warranty and 4.5% interest rate credit for the same price a month I would be paying my 5 year loan on old VW 2018. I have not enough only good words for how qualified on technical aspects and sell aspects Kevin was as well how smooth and nice all the people were during the process. I am impressed with VW team.
