I had a great experience with New Motors. I had been to six other car dealerships that day and was ready to throw in the towel when it came to looking for a newer used car. We took our time in deciding exactly what features we wanted in our Sorento and during that time Andrew was very helpful in answering all of our questions without being pushy. I have rated the overall experience as great because of the way we were treated by everyone at the dealership. I didn't initially notice due to my excitement in taking delivery of the 328xi, but the detail the way we were treated by everyone at the dealership. I've been dealing with New Motors in Erie, Pennsylvania since 2005 when I bought my 2004 PASSAT from another dealership and was having the normal maintenance checks. I really wasn't thinking about get a new car at first; I thought I would just get a used one like I have in the past. After my husband and I saw and drove the 2010 VW JETTA TDI with all of the wonderful attachments and the tax credit for next year; how could we pass up the chance of a lifetime in getting a new JETTA. Actually the last time my husband and I bought a BRAND new vehicle was, believe it or not, the year 1971. Allen, Bret and Derrick from NEW MOTORS were the best. When I drove my new car into work on Monday I was showing several friends and they were so impressed, that they are thinking about going up and checking the new VWs out too. This dealership was great. I went there for my first car, as I just graduated college and am working in Pittsburgh now. Everyone I have talked with has said the same thing, and so I could not resist. The salesman was very friendly, helpful, and overall knowledgeable.
