Andrew was friendly, helpful, and well versed in the product. He followed through with all promises, and was a pleasure to work with. He even set up my phone for the bluetooth in about 5 minutes. Something that would have taken me all day to do. If I were to rate him on a scale of 1-10, I'd give him a 20. Mr Yingling the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing a breeze. I never knew buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. I have a friend who I would hate to deal with if I sold cars, and he loves this auto group, and has purchased several vw's. We were there twice to look at cars. We were very pleased with both salesman we talked to. We expected to see Shane when we got there the second time but he had been called out.
