One has been completed (to my satisfaction) and two others are pending as of this writing. Email reminders are sent out when service is scheduled; very helpful. I am treated well at the dealership and my car is washed after service. Loaner cars are offered if service visit is deemed lengthy. If I decided to wait on site there are customer refreshments offered in a comfortable environment.
