Great organization to work with Started my experience with New Motors in pursuit of a used low mileage BMW 528 Xdrive. Worked with John Gwin. He was very respectful, did a great job Started my experience with New Motors in pursuit of a used low mileage BMW 528 Xdrive. Worked with John Gwin. He was very respectful, did a great job on his follow up and if he didn't have the answer to my questions he got the answer. Met briefly with the sales manager Gabe on a few questions I had regarding a BMW rebate and again the sales manager was very low key, very respectful and had the answers I needed. Even the finance person I worked with (Nicole) was excellent and respectful of my time knowing that I traveled a bit of a distance to this dealer. Dealership has a person (Nicholas) who's title is BMW Genius and you know what - he is. He's got all the answers to the electronic/vehicle intel of the car and gives you his cell number for any questions you might have night or day - and he picks up when you call. The only reason I gave the dealership a Four Star is because I haven't experienced their service department. But I'm thinking this rating will turn into a Five Star. Thank you John and the rest of the team. More
Delighted once again It has never happened before, but this was the first time I returned to the same dealer for a car purchase. Even under circumstances that would make some people avoid a return to that dealer. I was affected by the VW settlement. While I was deceived by VW, I had the best better car-buying experience with New Motors, and I never forgot that. I returned to New Motors, initially for their large inventory and price. But once again I was delighted with the customer service support, first thru their web contact, then again in person with Steve. My car was ready for the test drive, we worked together to delay the purchase to better align with the VW buyback. More

Making the Right Turn I was referred to this New Motors Dealership by my brother. I was skeptical at first because I haven't really dealt with having to buy a used car befo I was referred to this New Motors Dealership by my brother. I was skeptical at first because I haven't really dealt with having to buy a used car before. My first day there I met Allen who handles the financing part and then I met Tony who shows me the cars. Tony showed me three cars and out of the three cars I fell in love with one. It was a Jeep, sun roof top, powered windows, etc. I just loved everything about it. I took the Jeep for a test drive and noticed the heater in the car wasn't working. When we made it back to the dealership the workers who fix broken things was relieved that we had brought it back. They knew already the heater was broken, I felt relieved because that showed me that they know what's going on with all there cars. Before we left they said they would contact us and let us know when the heater was fixed. After a couple days I ended up calling because I wanted to know what was going on. Tony ended up telling me that they sold the Jeep. I was heart broken (maybe a little disappointed) I really liked that car and to know that it was purchased was frustrating. The same day we came back to find me another car. Coincidentally they had pulled a car for me and had it ready to be test driven. Right off the back this car was definitely me, from the sun roof to the Bluetooth technology down to the heated seats. I really liked this one, but I didn't want to get my hopes up like before. The only issue was I saw the engine light on. Allen sat down with us layed out all the details, he explained how much the car was worth and he and Tony felt bad about what happened, but they would help me. They did the inspection and took it over to the local Ford Dealership, got the engine light off and I can honestly say I don't regret any of it. Even though things started off rocky I can honestly say I wouldn't have had it any other way. Along the way I sat down with Kevin and Brian who works in financing and they were so nice and apologetic about the situation. It just made me feel happy and felt appreciated and cared for. I made the right turn and I would do it all over again. More
