Steve followed up with me, but did not pressure me and let me know he was there to help and followed up with additional info I had asked for. As i narrowed down the field i wanted to take a longer test drive and Steve made that happen at my convenience. They wanted the sale, but wanted me to be comfortable with the decision. Two days later my wife and I made the drive from Pittsburgh to Erie. Andrew Bargielski greeted us upon arrival and had the car ready, After an inspection and test drive we decided to proceed and trade our 2013 VW Touareg. After agreeing on terms the process was seamless, even with an unexpected power outage that shut off the computer system for a few hours.We were able to do all the paperwork, arrange financing, and set up the long term warranty that I wanted in a few hours, and drive home in our new vehicle. Andrew was a consummate professional, treated us very well, and took care of all our questions and concerns Allen Yingling of the financing dept was most helpful and professional, and arrranged financing and warranty, and got all paperwork completed quickly. Rebecca Kovach, with whom I made initial contact, was not working on the day we bought the car, but had been very attentive and responsive when I made the initial contact, and got back to me in short order with all the information I requested, and set up the appointment with Andrew. I have purchased many cars in the past, but never at a dealership removed from my place of residence.. New Motors exceeded all our expectations If I had to sum up my experience at New Motors in one sentence I would say, “New Motors exceeded all of our expectations”. My situation was a bit difficult because my dad lives overseas and was flying in for a week for my graduation and in that time we had to find a car, get insurance and take out a loan. It sounded like it would almost be impossible until we contacted New Motors. Keisha Hines, from Internet sales, immediately found us two cars in our price range, model and mileage that we wanted. I stopped up to look and test-drive them and met Kyle McIntyre who listened to our specific and difficult situation. He immediately showed me the cars and was honest with the condition and the specifics of the car. Kyle helped me through the whole process and kept me updated on the status of the paperwork and everything the entire time. We stopped up today, only a week later and picked up my car. We had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole DiTullio, finance manager, and she broke down all the costs and told us exactly what we were paying. Not once did somebody try to push a package on us that we didn’t want or tack on a extra charge that wasn’t necessary. The New Motors team was helpful, honest, efficient and friendly.
