Professional and responsive service I had a great experience with the staff at New England auto world. In particular, the sales agent, manager and owner of the company took time out of their day Even after the sale was complete to check in and see how everything was going with the vehicle. They stand behind their vehicles, their service is impeccable and I would definitely buy another car from them. One important aspect was their flexibility and willingness to meet my busy schedule. They made a point to deliver the car right to my door to make my life easier. Much appreciated. More

I went there looking for a car that would fit my personality and I left with just that and more. I received help from Mr. Martinez and he found me an amazing car that had every thing on my list plus more. He treated me with kindness and respect and nothing less. I am now a happy owner of a beautiful ford fusion and I couldn't be any happier. I just want to say that Mr. Martinez went above and beyond in this process and I want to say thank you for making everything perfect and just the way I wanted it. Now that is amazing costumer service. I Also had the pleasure of test driving the cars with another respectful gentleman named Tom he also made this process go even smoother then I could imagine. and to top it all off tom even taught me a few things about the car that I would have never known. Well I could go on and on but I just want to say everyone in New England auto world was amazing and if you need a car this is the place to go to. More

Another satisfied customer review Purchasing a car for most people is stressful. I am happy to say that being a customer at (name of auto dealership) was not the case. After research Purchasing a car for most people is stressful. I am happy to say that being a customer at (name of auto dealership) was not the case. After researching the dealership I was impressed by the reviews of the customers. When I arrived to the dealership after work I was impressed with the variety of cars that they had available in stock. I had the pleasure to work with Robert, who I thought was very easy to talk to, honest and professional. Despite it being very late, he showed great interest in making sure I was happy and satisfied. I also met and chatted with Cort the owner, who seemed very friendly and down to earth. Because of the friendly atmosphere the process seemed to be very quick and pleasant. The main accountant Eddie, was very involved and interested in what option would work best for me and he did not disappoint. I was very confident that I choose the right dealership to buy my car from. If you are looking for a car just check this place first. More

Very Rude manager Called and scheduled to look at a car , when we got there all of sudden that car was not there . Trouble Free I loved working with Anthony at this dealership! I walked in and was able to tell him exactly what I wanted and that is what I got. I wasn't forced in I loved working with Anthony at this dealership! I walked in and was able to tell him exactly what I wanted and that is what I got. I wasn't forced into a more expensive or different car and they treated me like I was family! They are great with communicating and really work with you to get you in the car YOU want. I walked in on a Sunday and had everything done and drove off the lot on Tuesday. I was stress free! It was a great experience and I would refer anyone here and will continue to be a customer when the time comes for another new car! Thank you NE auto world More

Great experience! Amazing overall experience. I already knew what car I wanted and Drew was very friendly and helped me throughout the entire process of buying my new c Amazing overall experience. I already knew what car I wanted and Drew was very friendly and helped me throughout the entire process of buying my new car. Bought my car on Sunday, picked it up on Tuesday. Fast and easy & everyone else that helped along the way were also very friendly. Only thing that is a pet peeve of mine is that I was told I would get a call back during a specific time but ended up never getting a call back and this happened more than once. It's not that big of a deal and I understand they are probably very busy and may forget some things which is why I am still giving 5 stars, but I know some people may not be so kind so I'm just making this aware to the team. I absolutely love my new car and I highly recommend this place! Thanks guys!! More
