The Mercedes I wanted was parked just outside their showroom window. I looked but had doubts I would be able to purchase or afford. Jesse, Edward. Anthony and Milton made me realize that my dream car could be mine! The help, expertise, and sweetness of the whole staff was just unbelievable. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful black Mercedes C Class. As I sat for the first time in my new vehicle, Anthony Torres another salesman made sure the car interior was spotless. Misleading pricing, poor customer service I am a former mechanic and have the job of looking for a car for my granddaughter. Happened to see a 2007 Ford Focus listed on their site for just und I am a former mechanic and have the job of looking for a car for my granddaughter. Happened to see a 2007 Ford Focus listed on their site for just under $3000 which is below book valued from a dealer. Car looked nice in the pictures. Called and made an appointment to see it. I mentioned to the salesman about being a mechanic looking for a family member. When I arrived I met the salesman and before sitting down he said the car would need at least $1000 worth of work in which I said that put the price out of reach. I also said it would have been nice if I was informed prior to driving there. I asked what was needed and he did not know. After discussing a few things he took me to see the manager for more answers. The manager said all the cars the take in need 1K-2K worth of work. This meant they did not even inspect the car. I was a bit t'd off and it probably showed. The manager was not interested in trying to satisfy me and went as far to say "I am not the person who should be looking at the car, the buyer should be there", to which I stated I was authorized to look for the car for them and they would purchase after I gave the OK. In my opinion with the managers attitude he had no interest in selling to me. The reviews I've seen for this outfit are either good or bad, nothing in between (quite a few 1 star). I have no doubt that someone could have a good experience but for me it was as bad as it gets. In my opinion the low price is to get you in and then the final price is after what repairs have been negotiated. More
