Give this dealership the chance to earn your Trust/Business I wouldn’t say I am a very picky buyer, but I do quite a bit of research and I know what I want and want exactly that. In researching, I found the BMW I wouldn’t say I am a very picky buyer, but I do quite a bit of research and I know what I want and want exactly that. In researching, I found the BMW 528xi to be the car I wanted. I had been frustrated in my car search as living in Western MA, I had driven all the way to Boston, MA to discover a bait and switch tactic going on at a dealer there. I also had scheduled a test drive at a dealership in New Jersey, only to find that that particular dealership was known on the internet for scams and defective cars. I called New England Auto World, generally displeased by the entire car buying experience. They had advertised a 528xi which I found through Autotrader.com. I spoke with a salesman named Abel. I explained my frustration and that I was not interested in any more issues or a bait and switch tactic. Abel, said “I understand, say no more” and asked me for my cell phone number. Not an hour later, he had sent me a video of him opening the door and going on the inside. He earned my respect from there and it only continued to increase until a week later when I picked up my 528xi and drove it home. I had a small issue since and I texted Abel and he got back to me that same day. Now here is my only complaint. The dealership is a car dealership, an auto-body shop, and a detail shop. It is my inspection that they take in cars with a dent here or there and fix them back to near pristine condition. There was a sizable dent in the rear passenger door and some scratches here and there when I first saw the car. The dealership allowed me to leave a deposit and come back once they had finished their work. And finish their work they did. The car was beautiful when they were done. I have had the car for a month now and it has been awesome, simply awesome. I would definitely say to give this dealership a try and ask for Abel if you can. More

Quick, helpful, responsive, excellent financing options! Not only was Tommy forthright about the cars and options, he was also helpful to offer a name of an insurance person who might give us a better deal than what we have using. Additionally, Tommy explained any safety issues with our new, used car would absolutely be fixed, but to be very critical and he will try to get everything done. The rear rotors were warped/worn and the seatbelt would not adjust. The car was ready in the 2 days promised and ready to drive home within the time for paper signing on arrival to collect the plates (which he installed himself for us) and we discussed interest in extended warranties as we were interested in protecting our investment as best we could. We took our new car to our trusted of 17 years mechanic and they gave the car stellar reviews. Quote "The engine is in tip top shape! The interior looks new! This is 2011? Great car!" He also noted all the rotors and breakpads, etc were brand new. So not only did Tommy and the NE mechanics decide to replace all to new, but the seatbelt mechanism was also new. We did replace the 2 tires that had not been already replaced by NE Auto as well as a full fluids check and replace just to give a fresh start. We have told everyone we know and will recommend New England Auto and tell people to ask for Tommy Miller. Janice is also super efficient, friendly and willing to explain answers to any questions you have during the paper signing, printing, preparation of receipts and such process. More

We have owned over 9 cars i, but never have we ever encountered such a heartfelt moving experience. The staff at this establishment are not only exceptional sales people, but the ultimate of human beings. My husband and I were treated well from the time we entered their lot to the time we signed on the dotted line to purchase our vehicle. The staff are very knowledgeable, warm and friendly, They definitely aim to please and that's exactly what we were when we left, pleased with our entire experience. When we walked out the door, with the new car keys in our hands, we felt like we had just left the house of one of our relatives The entire staff from the sales agent, Tom Miller, to the Owner, Cort Mortiz, treated us like family. Even after the purchase, they followed up to make sure that we were happy with the purchase and a satisfied customer. I would recommend New England Auto World to all of my family and friends because I know that they will be treated special. Everyone was upfront and honest from the vehicles to the loan information. I walked away feeling assured and confident that I made the best purchase. They got to know me as a person and I truly feel part of the Tasca family. I will not only be referring my friends and family to them, but I certainly will be going back to them for repairs, services, and any questions I ever need. They made me feel like I do not have to double or triple check to make sure that I was not scammed at all. When I reached out to the old dealership where I bought my previous vehicle that was totaled, it made me realize how fortunate I was ------------------------------------- Just because I declined multiple lunch dates with Anthony Torres (proof through text messages)........When I simply asked Anthony Torres from New England Auto World in Derby, CT if there was anything else that their representatives could to do help me with the Gap Claim, that now after 3 months has finally been settled (after sending hundreds of documents and making multiple phone calls), proceeded to text message stating, "You are being an -------", in addition to implying that the chronic illness I have that is incurable is because I am not god-fearing, and "Remember you are not a customer here anymore" was just so incredibly upsetting and appalling. In response to this situation, the manager Cort at NEAW, responded to me being upset by screaming at me over the phone; all because I was asking for a little guidance as to whether or not the representatives that NEAW has with the Gap Insurance could help me. The universe only knows what Anthony Torres would say in response to me recently losing my 29 year old cousin; thankfully I will no longer be dealing with them! Do not ever go with Dealer Motor Services or NEAW for your vehicle purchase. Tasca has legitimate affiliates for their Gap Insurers; their website is far better, and you can ACTUALLY make an account and set up services right from your online account for service! I purchased my 2012 Honda CR-V from NEAW one year ago in December of 2016. I purchased my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited for the same price as my 2012 Honda CR-V; All specs, features, and loan information for my Jeep...I had at least 20k less miles, the loan came out to the same price, the APR was lower, and it is a nearly brand new car compared to the 2012 Honda CR-V (all paperwork in hand of proof from loan information to text messages!) Although Eddy in the Financing Department is just a wonderful human-being and belongs at a far more renowned organization for his skills, personality, professionalism, and care, New England Auto World would get negative stars from me if that was an option and Tasca would get 20 stars! If you want brown carpet service go to NEAW; if you want red carpet service, go elsewhere. -Maria K. Krug More
